Yajur Fibres IPO was fully subscribed on Thursday, January 8, the second day of bidding. The initial public offering of Victory Electric Vehicles International has been booked 35% so far on Day 2.

The two issues will conclude on Friday, January 9, 2026. Their allotment statuses will be finalised on January 12.

Yajur Fibres IPO

The initial share sale has been subscribed 1.09 times so far on Day 2, with bids for 75,56,000 shares as against 69,20,000 shares on offer, according to the BSE data until 12:18 pm.

The qualified institutional buyers' portion was booked 1.03 times, while the non-institutional investors' part was subscribed 85% times. The category for individual investors was subscribed to 1.21 times.

The ₹120.41 crore initial share sale is solely a fresh issuance of 69,20,000 shares. With a price band of ₹168 to ₹174 per share, a lot consists of 800 shares. The minimum investment for an individual investor is two lots or 1,600 shares.

"The net proceeds will strengthen our core operations through capacity expansion at our Howrah facility to meet anticipated demand for the cottonised fibre in forthcoming year, enhance operational efficiency," Ashish Kankaria, MD of Yajur Fibres, said.

Yajur Fibres processes and manufactures bast fibres like hemp, jute and flax. It cottonises long, brittle bast fibres into short, cotton-like fibres that blend with cotton and man-made cotton fibres.

Victory Electric Vehicles International IPO

Victory Electric Vehicles' ₹34.56 crore IPO is entirely a fresh issuance of 84,30,000 shares. The issue price is ₹41 per share.

It has received bids for 29,70,000 shares compared to 84,30,000 shares on offer, translating to 35% subscription, according to the NSE data until 12:18 pm.

The lot size is 3,000 shares. Individual investors can apply for two lots or 6,000 shares.

Victory Electric Vehicles International Ltd manufactures, designs and distributes electric vehicles, offering electric two-wheelers, three-wheelers, and commercial vehicles.
