Yaap Digital IPO allotment: The basis of allotment of the Yaap Digital IPO is expected to be finalised on Monday, March 2. The details related to bid finalisation will be available on the websites of NSE and MUFG Intime India.

The ₹80.11 crore initial public offering was solely a fresh issuance of 55.25 lakh shares. There is no offer for sale (OFS) component. It had a price band of ₹138 to ₹145 per share.

The funds generated will be used for part-payment of purchase consideration for the proposed acquisition of GoZoop Online Pvt Ltd, setting up an AI-led short-form content production hub, incremental working capital needs, unidentified acquisitions and general corporate purposes.

"In addition, we expect to achieve the benefits of listing of equity shares on the NSE Emerge, enhancement of our company’s visibility and brand name amongst our existing and potential customers and creation of a public market for the equity shares in India," the company said in its red herring prospectus (RHP).
