Shares of Xtranet Technologies Ltd debuted at ₹136 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Thursday, July 30, 2026. This reflects a premium of 7.09% over the IPO issue price of ₹127 per share.

Xtranet Technologies share price: Here's how much investors made per lot

A lot consisted of 110 equity shares and cost ₹13,970. Investors who received Xtranet Technologies IPO allotment made ₹990 per lot, taking the value of their investment to ₹14,960, as per the listing price on the NSE.

The initial public offering was subscribed 12.24 times, with bids for 11,25,20,210 shares compared to 91,93,800 shares on offer, as per the NSE data.

The category for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) secured a 7.13 times subscription, while the quota for non-institutional investors (NIIs) fetched a 26.65 times subscription. The portion for retail individual investors mobilised 8.98 times subscription.

The initial share sale consisted only of a fresh issue of 1.31 crore shares totalling ₹166.80 crore, with no offer for sale (OFS) component.

The IPO proceeds will be utilised to clear outstanding borrowings, working capital needs, capital expenditure for the purchase of systems and hardware, and for general corporate purposes.

"Our company expects that the listing of the equity shares will enhance our visibility and our brand image among our existing and potential customers and provide a market for our equity shares to the existing public shareholders of our company," according to the red herring prospectus (RHP).

Xtranet Technologies Ltd offers an array of information technology (IT) and IT-enabled services, providing end-to-end services like enterprise applications, digital transformation, proprietary platforms, managed services and strategic technology partnerships. Its services are delivered via a mix of onsite and offshore models, supported by subsidiaries, in-house platforms and joint ventures.
