Sri Lotus Developers IPO: Subscription

The issue received a total subscription of 69.14 times, with bids for 2,74,18,69,400 shares compared to 3,96,58,730 shares on offer, according to the data on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) website.

With a 163.90 times subscription, qualified institutional buyers applied for 1,84,97,37,200 shares as against 1,12,85,714 shares on offer.

The non-institutional investors quota was subscribed 57.71 times, as they applied for 48,84,88,300 shares compared to 84,64,286 shares on offer.

Retail individual investors submitted bids for 40,04,95,100 shares as against 1,97,50,000 shares reserved. This reflects a subscription of 20.28 times.

Sri Lotus Developers IPO: A look at its objectives

The money raised from the fresh issue will be used to invest in its subsidiaries Dhyan Projects Private Limited, Tryksha Real Estate Private Limited and Richfeel Real Estate Private Limited for part-funding development and construction of ongoing projects The Arcadian, Varun and Amalfi.
