Vishal Mega Mart IPO Listing, Share Price: Shares of supermarket chain Vishal Mega Mart will make their stock market debut on Wednesday, December 18. The ₹8,000 crore initial share sale was subscribed 27.28 times during the three-day subscription period.

According to the cumulative data shared by the NSE, investors bid for 2,064.25 crore shares against 75.67 crore shares being offered by the company.

The qualified institutional buyers' portion saw an 80.75-time subscription, while the non-institutional investors' quota was subscribed 14.25 times. Retail investors attracted 2.31 times subscription.

The Vishal Mega Mart IPO had set a price band of ₹74-₹78 apiece. The issue was entirely an offer-for-sale by promoter Kedaara Capital-led Samayat Services LLP.

The Vishal Mega Mart IPO allotment status was finalised on December 16.
