Top 2025 IPOs with over 50% listing gains as Urban Company makes stellar debut; check list

Urban Company IPO, which had attracted 103.63 times subscription, made a handsome listing with a premium of more than 57% over the issue price of ₹103.

The stock started trading at ₹162.25, a jump of 57.52% from the issue price on the National Stock Exchange. Intraday, it climbed up to ₹179, which is 73.78% higher than the issue price.

Apart from the Urban Company IPO, here is a look at other public offers launched this year with listing gains of more than 50%.

Highway Infrastructure

Highway Infrastructure shares debuted at ₹115 per share on the NSE, reflecting a premium of 64.29% above the IPO issue price of ₹70 per unit.

The ₹130 crore IPO was a mix of new equity shares worth ₹97.52 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹32.48 crore.

The initial share sale was subscribed 300.61 times. The retail investors' part was booked 155.58 times, while non-institutional investors subscribed their portion 447.32 times. The category reserved for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) received 420.57 times subscription.

Highway Infrastructure, established in 1995, provides EPC, toll-way collection, and real estate development services.

Aditya Infotech

Shares of 'CP Plus' brand operator Aditya Infotech listed at ₹1,015 apiece on the NSE, a premium of 50.37% over the issue price of ₹675.

The ₹1,300 crore IPO was a fresh issuance of ₹500 crore and an OFS of ₹800 crore. The issue had secured 100.69 times subscription.

Aditya Infotech provides advanced video security and surveillance products and solutions under the 'CP PLUS' brand. Its products are used in sectors such as banking, healthcare, insurance, industry, education, defence, manufacturing, real estate, hospitality, retail and law enforcement.

GNG Electronics

Laptops and desktops refurbisher GNG Electronics' shares debuted at nearly a 50% premium. It was listed at ₹355 apiece on the NSE, which is 49.79% higher than the issue price of ₹237.

The ₹460.43-crore initial public offering, which was booked 147.93 times, consisted of a fresh issuance of shares totalling ₹400 crore and an OFS of ₹60.43 crore.

GNG Electronics, which operates under the 'Electronics Bazaar' brand, is present across the full refurbishment value chain, i.e., from sourcing to refurbishment to sales and after services.
