Upcoming IPOs this week: The Nisus Finance Services IPO, Property Share REIT IPO, and Emerald Tyre Manufacturers IPO will collectively raise ₹516 crore.

A total of three IPOs will open this week.

Upcoming IPOs: The week starting December 2 will see more action in the small and medium enterprises (SME) initial public offering (IPO) segment. Three IPOs, including one mainboard and two SME IPOs, will open for subscription this week. Eight listings, including Suraksha Diagnostics and Ganesh Infraworld, are also scheduled for the first week of December.

The Nisus Finance Services IPO, Property Share REIT IPO, and Emerald Tyre Manufacturers IPO will collectively raise ₹516 crore.

Property Share Investment Trust IPO

The REIT IPO of Property Share Investment Trust from the mainboard segment is India's first registered Small and Medium Real Estate Investment Trust (SM REIT). The initial share sale will be open for public subscription from December 2 to December 4. The ₹352.91-crore issue, with a price range of ₹10 lakh to ₹10.5 lakh per unit, is solely a fresh issue of equity shares without an offer-for-sale (OFS) component.

Nisus Finance Services IPO

The BSE SME IPO of Nisus Finance Services, which will open on December 4, seeks to raise ₹114.24 crore. The issue, with ₹170-₹180 price band, will close on December 6. The IPO is a mix of a fresh issue of 56.45 lakh equity shares and an offer-for-sale of seven lakh shares. The company provides transaction advisory and fund and asset management services.

The money raised will be used to improve fund set-up, acquire additional licenses, and enhance facility and fund management infrastructure in important financial hubs like IFSC-Gift City, FSC-Mauritius and DIFC-Dubai.

Emerald Tyre Manufacturers IPO

The ₹49.26 crore initial share sale of the Tamil Nadu-based tyre maker will be open from December 5 to December 9. The IPO consists of fresh issue as well as OFS. The price band has been set at ₹90 to ₹95 per share. Retail investors can bid for a minimum of one lot size of 1,200 shares, taking the transaction size to ₹114,000. The listing is expected to occur on the NSE SME platform Emerge on December 12.
