Upcoming IPOs next week: Amir Chand Jagdish Kumar, Powerica, Sai Parenteral's among 7 issues to open, 4 listings scheduled; check list

Upcoming IPOs: The week starting March 23 will see at least seven initial public offerings open for subscription. They include three mainboard IPOs of Sai Parenteral's, Amir Chand Jagdish Kumar (Exports) and Powerica and four SME issues of Tipco Engineering India, Highness Microelectronics, Vivid Electromech and Emiac Technologies.

Listings that are scheduled for next week include Innovision, GSP Crop Science, Raajmarg Infra Investment Trust and Novus Loyalty.

Sai Parenteral’s IPO

The IPO of Sai Parenteral’s, a diversified pharmaceutical formulation company, will be live from March 24 to March 27. The price band has been fixed at ₹372 to ₹392 per share. A lot consists of 38 shares.

The ₹408.79 crore initial public offering comprises a fresh issuance of up to ₹285 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of ₹123.79 crore by existing investors.

The money raised will be used for capacity expansion and upgradation of manufacturing facilities, debt repayment, establishment of a new R&D centre, working capital needs and general corporate purposes.

Sai Parenteral's is a diversified pharmaceutical formulations firm with a specialisation in research, development, and manufacturing.

Amir Chand Jagdish Kumar IPO

Amir Chand Jagdish Kumar (Exports) Ltd's initial share sale, which is open from March 24 to March 27, is exclusively a fresh issuance of 2.08 crore shares, aggregating to ₹440 crore.

With a price band of ₹201 to ₹212 per share, a lot consists of 70 shares.

The company plans to use the net proceeds from the IPO to fund its working capital needs and for corporate general purposes.

Amir Chand Jagdish Kumar (Exports) is a processor and exporter of basmati rice under the flagship brand 'Aeroplane'.

Powerica IPO

Power solutions provider Powerica Ltd's ₹1,100 crore initial public offering will open for subscription on March 24 and conclude on March 27.

The price band has been set at ₹375 to ₹395 apiece and a lot consists of 37 shares.

The IPO consists of a fresh issuance of ₹700 crore and an OFS of ₹400 crore by promoters Naresh Oberoi Family Trust and Kabir and Kimaya Family Private Trust.

Of the fresh issuance, funds to the tune of ₹525 crore will be utilised to pare debt, and a part will be used for general corporate purposes.

Powerica Limited is an integrated power solutions provider and specialises in diesel generator sets, medium-speed large generators and related services.

Tipco Engineering IPO
