Upcoming IPOs this week: The primary market is set for tremendous times, as five mainboard initial public offerings will open for subscription in the week starting July 28. Nine SME IPOs will also go live.

The stock listings this week include Savy Infra & Logistics, Swastika Castal, Monarch Surveyors & Engineering Consultants, TSC India, GNG Electronics, Indiqube Spaces, Brigade Hotel Ventures, Patel Chem Specialities, Shree Refrigerations, Sellowrap Industries, and Shanti Gold International.

NSDL's ₹4,011.60 crore initial share sale is the biggest public offer to open for subscription this week. Its upcoming listing on BSE will make NSDL the second publicly traded depository in India after Central Depository Services Ltd, or CDSL, which debuted on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) in 2017.

Aditya Infotech Ltd, which provides video security and surveillance products under the 'CP Plus' brand, seeks to raise ₹1,300 crore via IPO. CP Plus holds a market share of 20.8% in the video surveillance segment in terms of revenue in fiscal year 2025 and serves a wide range of customer segments.

NSDL IPO

The SME IPOs that will open for subscription in the July 28 week include Umiya Mobile, Kaytex Fabrics, Repono, Takyon Networks, Mehul Colours, BD Industries (Pune), Renol Polychem, Cash Ur Drive Marketing, and Flysbs Aviation.
