Upcoming IPOs: The week starting February 16 is expected to be quiet, as only three initial public offerings will open for subscription. They include mainboard issue of Gaudium IVF and Women Health and SME IPOs of Fractal Industries and Yashhtej Industries.
The issue of Gaudium IVF and Women Health will be open for subscription from February 20 to February 24. The company has not announced the price band yet.
The proposed offering consists a fresh issue of 1.14 crore shares and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of nearly 95 lakh shares by promoter Manika Khanna, according to the draft red herring prospectus (DRHP).
Proceeds from the fresh issue are intended for capital expenditure to establish 19 new IVF centres across India, along with debt repayment, and for general corporate purposes.
The company's shares will be listed on the NSE and the BSE.
Incorporated in 2015, Gaudium IVF is engaged in in vitro fertilisation (IVF) treatment in India and has expanded into several states with a hub-and-spoke model over the years.
The ₹49 crore initial share sale of Fractal Industries, which is open from February 16 to February 18, is solely a fresh issuance of 22,68,600 shares, with no offer for sale (OFS) component. The price band has been fixed at ₹205 to ₹216 per share.
The fresh issue proceeds will be utilised for working capital requirements, general corporate purposes and issue-related expenses.
A lot consists of 600 shares. The minimum investment for an individual investor is two lots or 1,200 shares.
Fractal Industries designs, sources and manufactures garments and provides end-to-end warehousing and supply chain services to e-commerce platforms. It is a full-service garment manufacturing and technology-driven supply chain management firm focused on fast-moving, high-quality apparel for e-commerce marketplaces like Ajio, Myntra and similar platforms.
Finaax Capital Advisors is the IPO's book-running lead manager, while KFin Technologies serves as the registrar. The company's shares will be listed on the SME platform of the BSE.
The BSE SME issue of Yashhtej Industries (India) is open from February 18 to February 20. The company is seeking to raise ₹88.88 crore solely via fresh issuance of shares.
It is a fixed-price issue at ₹110 per share, and a lot consists of 1,200 shares. Individual investors can apply for a minimum of two lots of 2,400 shares.
The Maharashtra-based company is involved in the manufacturing/processing of soybean crude oil from soybeans using the solvent extraction process and the production of Soybean De-Oiled Cake (‘DOC’), which is rich in protein and minerals.
Listings that are scheduled to occur this week include Fractal Analytics, Aye Finance and Marushika Technology.

The ₹2,833.90 crore Fractal Analytics IPO was a fresh issuance valued at ₹1,023.50 crore and an OFS of ₹1,810.40 crore. The AI solutions provider's issue was subscribed 2.66 times. Fractal Analytics, established in 2000, is a leading pure-play data and artificial intelligence company. The company offers its services under two segments: Fractal.ai and Fractal Alpha.
Aye Finance's ₹1,010 crore IPO comprised a fresh issue of ₹710 crore and an OFS of ₹300 crore. It was subscribed 97%. Aye Finance is a middle-layer non-banking financial company (NBFC), targeting micro and small enterprises.
