Upcoming IPOs next week: The coming week is expected to be quieter, as no mainboard issue will open for subscription. The week starting February 2 will see three SME IPOs hit the primary market. They include Grover Jewells, NFP Sampoorna Foods and Biopol Chemicals.

Listings that are scheduled for next week include Hannah Joseph Hospital, Kasturi Metal Composite, Msafe Equipments, Kanishk Aluminium India, Accretion Nutraveda and CKK Retail Mart.

NFP Sampoorna Foods IPO

NFP Sampoorna Foods IPO, which is open from February 4 to February 6, is seeking to raise ₹24.53 crore via fresh issuance of 44.60 lakh shares, with no offer for sale (OFS) component.

The fresh issue proceeds will be used for working capital requirements, debt repayment and general corporate purposes.

The price band has been set at ₹52 to ₹55 per share. A lot consists of 2,000 shares. Individual investors can apply for a minimum of two lots or 4,000 shares.

NFP Sampoorna Foods is a food processing and trading company involved in the procurement, processing, packaging, marketing, and distribution of dry fruits. Its product portfolio includes cashew nuts (raw and processed), almonds, makhana and walnuts, catering to domestic and regional markets through business-to-business, business-to-customer and institutional channels.

The company sources its raw cashew nuts directly from selected farms in African nations and registered domestic importers, ensuring access to raw materials at competitive prices.

Grover Jewells IPO

The initial public offering of Grover Jewells is open from February 4 to February 6. It has set a price band of ₹83 to ₹88 per share.

The IPO aims to raise ₹33.83 crore via exclusively a fresh issuance of 38.44 lakh shares.

The objectives of the offer include working capital requirements and corporate general purposes.

A lot consists of 1,600 shares, and the least investment for an individual investor is 3,200 shares.

Grover Jewells specialises in the manufacturing and designing of an array of wholesale gold jewellery. Its collections include plain gold, studded, and semi-finished jewellery.

Biopol Chemicals IPO

The book-build issue, which is live from February 6 to February 10, has set a price band of ₹102 to ₹108 per share. The minimum amount of investment for an individual investor is 2,400 shares.

The issue is a fresh issuance of 28.94 lakh shares aggregating to ₹31.26 crore.

The objectives of the issue include acquisition of industrial land, repayment of debt and corporate general purposes.

Biopol Chemicals is involved in trading, manufacturing and distribution of speciality chemicals under the categories of emulsifiers, silicones, biochemicals and polyelectrolytes. Its product portfolio consists of 66 products, including 40 silicone-based products, 15 biochemical products, 6 polyelectrolyte products and 5 emulsifier-based products.
