The IPO consists of a fresh issue of shares aggregating up to ₹320 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 2.62 crore shares worth ₹388.02 crore by investor Katsura Investments.
The company intends to use the proceeds from the fresh issue to clear its debt and repay the borrowings of its subsidiaries -- Covertek Ceramica, Simola Tiles and Varmora Sanitarywares. Also, the funds will be utilised for general corporate purposes.

The ₹160.88 crore issue is a mix of fresh issuance of ₹128.50 crore and an OFS of ₹32.38 crore by promoters Vinay Gupta, Ruchira Gupta, Biren Parnami and Manoj Modi, and investors Ishaan Bhartia and Ishita Bhartia.
The objectives of the issue include funding incremental working capital needs and general corporate purposes.
Retail investors can apply for a minimum of 81 shares and in multiples thereafter.
IT infrastructure solutions and managed services solutions provider ArMee Infotech Ltd's ₹300-crore initial public offering (IPO) will open for subscription on September 23. The company has fixed a price band of ₹350 to ₹375 per share.
The three-day issue will conclude on September 25, and shares are proposed to be listed on the NSE and the BSE.
