The basis of allotment of Jindal Supreme (India) Limited, a manufacturer of plastic piping solutions and related products, will be finalised on Monday, September 21. The bid finalisation details will be out on the websites of the NSE, the BSE and Bigshare Services.

The initial public offering was subscribed a whopping 181.07 times, with bids for 1,70,19,83,003 shares compared to 93,99,600 shares on offer, according to data on the NSE website.

The quota for non-institutional investors was subscribed a massive 327.99 times. The portion for retail investors garnered 149.34 times subscription, while the part for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) attracted 126.41 times subscription.

The ₹124.88 crore IPO comprised a fresh issue of 1.07 crore shares, aggregating to ₹99.89 crore, along with an Offer-for-Sale (OFS) of 26.87 lakh shares, worth ₹24.99 crore, by promoter group entity VVJ Enterprise Pvt Ltd.

Proceeds from the fresh issue will be utilised for payment of debt and corporate general purposes.

Jindal Supreme (India) Limited makes steel pipes, tubes and other steel products serving infrastructure and industrial applications for more than five decades. Its product portfolio includes galvanised pipes, mild steel (MS) black pipes and tubes, metal beam crash barriers and galvanised iron (GI) tubular poles. These products are made in various dimensions according to the applicable Indian Standards and are used across water supply and plumbing, roads and highways, bridges, infrastructure and construction, oil and gas, chemicals, agriculture and rural electrification, among other applications.
