Initial Public Offers (IPOs) have garnered significant interest from investors across categories. Many investors keenly look out for new opportunities to invest in both mainboard and SME IPOs.
The first week of September is expected to be an action-packed period in the primary market as five IPOs are scheduled to open for subscription and shares of as many as 10 companies are likely to make their D-street debut.
Here’s a look at all the upcoming IPO actions next week:
The initial public offer of precision component manufacturer Gala Precision Engineering will open for subscription on Monday, September 2. The bidding window will close on Wednesday, September 4.
Gala Precision Engineering aims to raise ₹167.93 crore through its IPO. The book-built issue consists of a fresh issue of 26 lakh shares, aggregating to ₹135.34 crore, along with an offer for sale of 6 lakh shares, aggregating to ₹32.59 crore.
The price band for Gala Precision Engineering IPO has been fixed at ₹503 to ₹529 per share.
Gala Precision Engineering shares will be listed on the BSE and NSE, tentatively on September 9.
Rekha Jhunjhunwala-backed value retailer Baazar Style Retail IPO will close for subscription next week. The initial public offering was launched on August 30, 2024, to raise around ₹834.68 crore. The IPO will remain open for subscription until September 3, 2024.
At the end of day 1, the Baazar Style Retail IPO received an overall subscription of 72%, with retail porting booked at 82%. The IPO received bids for 1.08 crore shares, compared to the 1.50 crore shares on offer.
Jeyyam Global Foods IPO subscription will remain open from September 2 to September 4.
The company plans to raise ₹81.94 crore via its public issue. Jeyyam Global Foods IPO consists of a combination of a fresh issuance of 120.89 lakh shares aimed at raising ₹73.74 crore along with an offer for sale of 13.43 lakh shares amounting to ₹8.19 crore.
The price band for Jeyyam Global Foods IPO has been fixed at ₹59 to ₹61 per share. Retail investors can apply for the public issue by placing bids for a minimum lot size of 2,000 shares, which aggregates to an investment of ₹1,22,000.
Shares of the company will list on the NSE SME platform, Emerge with a tentative listing date of September 9.
The ₹51.2-crore Namo eWaste Management IPO will open on September 4.
Namo eWaste Management IPO comprises a completely fresh issuance of 60.24 lakh shares. The price band has been fixed at ₹80 to ₹85 per share. Shares of Namo eWaste Management will be listed on the NSE SME platform. The tentative listing date for Namo eWaste Management shares is September 11.
Mach Conferences and Events IPO opens on September 4. The bidding window for the ₹125.28-crore issue will close on September 6.
Mach Conferences and Events IPO consists of a fresh issue of 22.29 lakh shares to raise ₹50.15 crore along with an offer for sale of 33.39 lakh shares, aggregating to ₹75.13 crore. The price band for Mach Conferences and Events IPO has been fixed at ₹214 to ₹225 per share.
The share allotment status of Mach Conferences and Events IPO is likely to be finalised on September 9. Shares of Mach Conferences and Events will be listed on the BSE SME platform. The tentative listing date for Mach Conferences and Events shares is September 11.
My Mudra Fincorp IPO will be open for subscription between September 5 and September 9. The company aims to raise ₹33.26 crore from the IPO, which is a fresh issue of 30.24 lakh shares. The price band for My Mudra Fincorp has been set at ₹104 to ₹110 per share.
The share allotment status of My Mudra Fincorp IPO is expected to be finalised on September 10. Shares of My Mudra Fincorp will list on the NSE SME platform, Emerge. The tentative listing date is Thursday, September 12.
As many as 10 public offers are scheduled to list on stock exchanges in the coming week. The IPOs include the mainboard issues of Premier Energies, ECOS (India) Mobility and Bazaar Style whose shares are likely to list between September 3 and September 6.
Shares of Jay Bee Laminations, Vdeal System and Indian Phosphate are to be listed on the NSE SME platform, Emerge on September 3. The tentative listing date for Aeron Composite and Paramatrix Technologies is September 4. The tentative listing dates for shares of Travels & Rentals Ltd and Boss Packaging Solutions are September 5 and September 6, respectively.
