Upcoming IPOs next week: The initial public offering buzz is set to continue in the week starting September 8, with at least nine IPOs set to open for subscription. They include three mainboard offers – Urban Company, Dev Accelerator and Shringar House of Mangalsutra – and six SME issues.

Stock listings scheduled for next week include Amanta Healthcare, Rachit Prints, Optivalue Tek Consulting, Goel Construction, Sharvaya Metals, Austere Systems and Vigor Plast.

Urban Company IPO

The ₹1,900 crore Urban Company IPO will be live from September 10 to September 12.

The Gurugram-based company, which has set a price band of ₹98 to ₹103 per share, seeks to raise ₹472 crore through selling new shares, and existing investors plan to offload stakes aggregating to ₹1,428 crore. A lot includes 145 shares.

Those divesting shares under the offer for sale (OFS) route include Accel India and Elevation Capital, Internet Fund V Pte Ltd, Bessemer India Capital Holdings II Ltd, and VYC11 Ltd.

The fresh issue proceeds will be used for new technology development and cloud infrastructure, rent payments for its offices, marketing initiatives, and general corporate purposes.

Urban Company Ltd offers a technology-driven, full-stack online marketplace for quality-driven services across various home and beauty categories.

Dev Accelerator IPO

Flexible office space solutions provider Dev Accelerator Ltd has set a price band of ₹56 to ₹61 per share for the ₹143.35 crore IPO, which will be open from September 10 to September 12.

The initial share sale is purely a fresh issuance of 2.35 crore shares with no OFS component. A lot consists of 235 shares.

The funds raised will be used for "fit-outs" in the new centres and their security deposits, debt clearance and corporate general purposes.

Established in 2017, Dev Accelerator, under the brand DevX, provides flexible office spaces.

Shringar House of Mangalsutra IPO

Jewellery firm Shringar House of Mangalsutra's initial public offering will be open for subscription from September 10 to September 12. It has set a price band of ₹155 to ₹165 per share, and a lot consists of 90 shares.

The ₹400.95 crore IPO is a fresh issuance of 2.43 crore equity shares with no OFS component. The money raised will be used for working capital needs and general corporate purposes.

Incorporated in 2009, Shringar House of Mangalsutra manufactures various mangalsutras adorned with stones like American diamonds, pearls, mother-of-pearl, cubic zirconia, and semi-precious stones, crafted in 18k and 22k gold.
