Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) offer investors a chance to participate in the growth stories of companies of all sizes, from small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to large corporates. In the coming week, the primary market will see an action-packed period with eight IPOs, including three mainboard issues, opening for subscription.

The initial public offer of solar cell and solar panel manufacturer Premier Energies will open for subscription on Tuesday, August 27, and close on Thursday, August 29.
The book-building public offer, worth ₹2,830.4 crore, comprises a fresh issue of 2.87 crore shares, amounting to ₹1,291.4 crore, and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 3.42 crore shares, amounting to ₹1,539 crore.
The price band for Premier Energies IPO has been fixed at ₹427 to ₹450 per share. Retail investors can bid for a minimum lot size of 33 shares, which aggregates to an investment of ₹14,850.
The share allotment status of Premier Energies' IPO will be finalised on Friday, August 30. Premier Energies shares will be listed on the BSE and NSE. The tentative listing date is Tuesday, September 3.
ECOS (India) Mobility & Hospitality IPO subscription will remain open from August 28 to August 30.
The company plans to raise ₹601.2 crore via its public issue. ECOS (India) Mobility IPO comprises entirely an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 1.8 crore shares.
ECOS (India) Mobility & Hospitality IPO price band has been fixed at ₹318 to ₹334 per share. Retail investors can apply for the public issue by placing bids for a minimum lot size of 44 shares, which aggregates to an investment of ₹14,696.
ECOS (India) Mobility IPO share allotment status is likely to be finalised on Monday, September 2. The company's shares will be listed on the BSE and NSE. The tentative listing date is September 4.
Kolkata-based fashion retail chain operator Bazaar Style Retail's IPO will be open for subscription between August 30 and September 3. This IPO will combine a fresh issue and an offer-for-sale. The company will use the proceeds to repay debt and for general corporate purposes.
Keeping the buzz around SME IPOs alive, as many 5 small and medium enterprises will launch their public offers between August 26 and August 30.
Indian Phosphate IPO subscription window is scheduled to open on August 26. The IPO will close for bidding on August 29. Indian Phosphate plans to raise ₹67.36 crore from this public issue. The NSE SME offer comprises an entirely fresh issue of 68.04 lakh shares. The price band has been set at ₹94 to ₹99 per share.

Jay Bee Laminations' IPO bidding process will remain open from August 27 to August 29. The steel core manufacturer’s IPO, worth ₹88.96 crore, is a combination of a fresh issue of 45.7 lakh shares aggregating to ₹66.72 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 15.23 lakh shares aggregating to ₹22.24 crore.
The share allotment status of Jay Bee Laminations IPO is expected to be finalised on August 30. Shares of Jay Bee Laminations will be listed on the NSE SME platform Emerge. The tentative listing date is September 3.
Paramatrix Technologies IPO subscription will remain ope from August 27 to August 30. Paramatrix Technologies Limited offers software applications and technology solutions.
The company plans to raise ₹33.84 crore from this public issue. The NSE SME offer consists of a fresh issue of 27.59 lakh shares aimed at raising ₹30.35 crore and an offer for sale of 3.18 lakh shares aggregating to ₹3.5 crore. The share allotment status of Paramatrix Technologies IPO is likely to be decided on September 2. Paramatrix Technologies IPO listing date has been tentatively scheduled as September 4.
Aeron Composite IPO opens for bidding on August 28 and closes on August 30. The company plans to raise ₹56.1 crore through a fresh issue of 44.88 lakh shares. Aeron Composite IPO price band has been fixed at ₹121 to ₹125 per share.

Archit Nuwood Industries IPO subscription window will remain open from August 30 to September 3. Archit Nuwood Limited plans to raise ₹168.48 crore through a fresh issue of 62.4 lakh shares.
