Upcoming IPOs: Gujarat Kidney and Super Speciality, Shyam Dhani Industries, 9 others issues to open next week; check list

Upcoming IPOs: At least 11 initial public offerings will open for subscription next week. They include a mainboard IPO of Gujarat Kidney and Super Speciality and 10 SME offers.

The small and medium enterprise issues include Sundrex Oil, Apollo Techno Industries, Shyam Dhani Industries, Dachepalli Publishers, Bai Kakaji Polymers, Admach Systems, EPW India, Nanta Tech, Dhara Rail Projects and E to E Transportation Infrastructure.

Listings scheduled for next week include KSH International, Neptune Logitek, MARC Technocrats, Global Ocean Logistics and Phytochem Remedies.

Gujarat Kidney and Super Speciality IPO

The initial public offering of healthcare company Gujarat Kidney and Super Speciality will be live from December 22 to December 24. The issue has set a price band of ₹108 to ₹114 per share. A lot consists of 128 shares.

The ₹250.80 crore initial share sale is solely a fresh issuance of 2.20 crore shares.

The fresh issue proceeds will be used for the proposed acquisition of Parekhs Hospital in Ahmedabad, debt repayment, part-payment of purchase consideration for the already acquired 'Ashwini Medical Centre', setting up a new hospital in Vadodara, buying robotics equipment for the hospital at Vadodara, funding inorganic growth via unidentified acquisitions and general corporate purposes.

Gujarat Kidney and Super Speciality operates a chain of mid-sized multi-speciality hospitals in Gujarat, providing integrated healthcare services.
