Upcoming IPOs: 3 public issues worth over ₹2,700 crore to open this week

SUMMARY

Mainboard IPOs of Emcure Pharmaceuticals and Bansal Wire Industries will open for bidding on both BSE and NSE, while Ambey Laboratories Ltd public issue will open for subscription on the SME platform of the NSE in the first week of July.

Investors will keep a keen watch on the stock markets as shares of as many as 11 companies will make debut on the stock exchanges in the first week of July.

The primary market is going to see a busy time in the first week of July as three initial public offerings (IPOs), including two mainboard and one NSE SME issues, are opening for subscription. The upcoming IPOs aim to raise a total of ₹2,741.71 crore.

Main board IPOs of Emcure Pharmaceuticals Ltd and Bansal Wire Industries Ltd will open for bidding on both BSE and NSE, while Ambey Laboratories Ltd public issue will open for subscription on the SME platform of the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE).

In addition to these new IPOs, the ₹41.26-crore public offer of Nephro Care India Ltd will close on July 2 for subscription. The IPO opened for subscription on the NSE SME platform on June 28.

Bansal Wire Industries Ltd IPO

The ₹745-crore IPO of Bansal Wire Industries Ltd will open for subscription on Wednesday, July 3 and closes on Friday, July 5. The public offer is an entirely fresh issue of 2.91 crore shares.

The New Delhi-based steel products manufacturer has fixed the IPO price band at ₹243 to ₹256 per share. The minimum lot size is 58 shares and the minimum investment for retail investors is ₹14,848.

The company has proposed to list shares on BSE and NSE on Wednesday, July 10.

SBI Capital Markets and Dam Capital Advisors are the book running lead managers. Kfin Technologies Ltd is the IPO registrar.

Emcure Pharmaceuticals IPO

Emcure Pharmaceuticals Ltd IPO will open for bidding on July 3 and closes on July 5. The ₹1,952.03 crore IPO of the pharmaceuticals products maker comprises a fresh issue of 79 lakh shares worth up to ₹800 crore and an Offer-for-Sale (OFS) of 1.14 crore shares worth up to ₹1,152.03 crore.

Emcure Pharma IPO price band has been fixed at ₹960 to ₹1,008 per share. The minimum lot size is 14 shares and the minimum investment required is ₹14,112 for retail investors.

The company will list shares on BSE and NSE on July 10.

Axis Capital Limited, Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Ltd, Jefferies India Pvt Ltd and JP Morgan India Pvt Ltd are the book running lead managers. Link Intime India Private Ltd is the registrar of the IPO.

Ambey Laboratories IPO

Ambey Laboratories IPO will open for bidding on July 4. The subscription window closes on July 8. The ₹44.68-crore IPO comprises a fresh issue of 62.58 lakh shares worth up to ₹42.55 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 3.12 lakh shares worth up to ₹2.12 crore.

The company has fixed the price band at ₹65 to ₹68 per share. The minimum lot size is 2,000 shares and the minimum investment required is ₹136,000.

The company has proposed to list shares on the NSE SME platform on Thursday, July 11.

Fast Track Finsec Pvt Ltd is the book running lead manager while Link Intime India Private Ltd is the registrar for the IPO.

11 IPOs to list in 1st week of July

Investors will keep a keen watch on the stock markets as shares of as many as 11 companies will make debut on the stock exchanges in the first week of July.

Among these, Allied Blenders and Distillers Ltd will list shares on July 2 on both NSE and BSE. Vraj Iron and Steel Ltd will list shares on both bourses on July 3.

Shivalic Power Control, Sylvan Plyboard (India) Ltd, Mason Infratech Ltd and Visaman Global Sales will list shares on the NSE SME platform on July 1.

Akiko Global Services, Divine Power Energy and Petro Carbon and Chemicals will list shares on the NSE SME platform on July 2. Diensten Tech Limited shares will start trading on NSE SME on July 3.

More IPOs expected in July

In addition to these IPOs, the mainboard public offers of Ola Electric (Ola Cabs), Hyundai Motor India, Polymatech Electronics, Sanathan Textiles and Premier Energies are expected to come soon. The IPO of India’s second largest carmaker Hyundai Motor India could be the largest IPO worth ₹25,000 crore.

Also, SME IPOs of Ganesh Green Bharat, Paramount Forge, and Resourceful Automobile may also come soon.
