Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing IPO: The initial public offering of complex tools manufacturer Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing will open for subscription on December 23.
The ₹500 crore book-built issue combines fresh issuance of equity shares worth ₹250 crore with an offer-for-sale (OFS) component of ₹250 crore.
Under the OFS, promoters Ramakrishna Kamojhala, Rajanikanth Balaraman, Mani P, Rasmi Anil Kumar, and Preetham SV will sell their stakes.
The bidding for anchor investors will take place on December 20.
The price band has not been announced yet.
The money raised will be used towards the following objects:
Equirus Capital Pvt Ltd and Anand Rathi Securities Ltd are the issue's booking running lead managers, while Kfin Technologies is the registrar.
Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing is a high-precision engineering solutions provider. It is a leading manufacturer of complex tools, electromechanical turnkey systems, precision components, and mechanical assemblies, which are majorly used in aero-engine and airframe tooling for production, MRO (Maintenance, repair, and operations), and line maintenance activities.
Its product portfolio includes engine lifting and balancing beams, ground support equipment, airframe assembly platforms, assembly, disassembly and calibration tools, mechanical and electro mechanical turnkey systems, engine transportation stands and precision components.
The company's revenue from operations increased 121.71% to ₹208.77 crore in the financial year 2023-24 as compared to ₹94.16 crore in the year-ago period.
The profit after tax (PAT) grew 154.84% to ₹58.13 crore in FY24 against ₹22.81 crore in the previous fiscal.
