Trafiksol ITS Technologies IPO allotment status is likely to be finalised today, following an overwhelming response from investors during the bidding round scheduled from September 10-12.

The ₹44.87 crore IPO, comprising a fresh issue of 64.1 lakh shares, was subscribed over 321 times at the end of the bidding process.

With the subscription period coming to a close, Trafiksol ITS Technologies will now finalise the share allotment status and then proceed to list its shares on the BSE SME platform.

• Go to Maashitla Securities portal - https://maashitla.com/

• Locate the 'Allotment Status' tab on the home page

• 'Application Status' page opens

• Select company name from the drop down list

• Enter PAN/Application Number/Demat Number (you can check using either of the three options)

• Click 'Submit' button.

It should be noted that only successful bidders will be able to view their subscription details on the BSE or registrar portal. They will also be able to track how many shares have been allotted to them compared to the number they bid for.

Trafiksol ITS Technologies IPO closed the bidding window with a 321.51 times subscription. Applications were received for as many as 147.5 crore shares against 45.88 lakh shares on offer, BSE data showed.

Non Institutional Investors (NIIs) booked their portion 517.50 times, followed by retail investors who subscribed the IPO 317.74 times in their category. Qualified Institutional Buyers bought their portion of the public issue 129.22 times.

Trafiksol ITS Technologies fixed the IPO price range at ₹66 to ₹70 per share. Retail investors were required to apply for a minimum of 2,000 shares, worth ₹1,40,000. For non-institutional investors, the minimum number of shares to apply for was 4,000, costing ₹2,80,000.

After the allotment, which is likely to be finalised today, Trafiksol ITS Technologies will credit shares to the demat accounts of successful investors on September 16 and also issue refunds on the same day to those who have not been allotted IPO shares in the bidding. After this, Trafiksol ITS Technologies will list its shares on the BSE SME platform, with a tentative listing date being fixed as September 17.
