Toss The Coin IPO: The initial public offering of Toss The Coin Ltd, a marketing firm, has received a robust response from investors, with the issue being subscribed 277.49 times so far on Wednesday, the second day of subscription.
The quota reserved for retail investors was subscribed 514.44 times, and bids were received for 8.64 crore shares against 1.68 lakh shares on offer.
Non-institutional investors (NIIs) subscribed to 1.37 crore shares against 97,800 equity shares reserved for them, leading to 141 times subscription.
The qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) category was booked 9% as they subscribed to just 8,400 shares against 95,400 shares set aside for them.
The minimum lot size an investor can bid for is 600 shares, which will require an investment of ₹109,200. The high net-worth individuals need to invest at least ₹218,400 for two lots consisting of 1,200 shares.
The book-running lead manager for the public offer is Beeline Capital Advisors, while Link Intime India is the registrar.

The company works with various tech organisations to craft their go-to-market strategies, including branding, designs, content development, websites, partner/customer success management, design thinking-based problem-solving workshops, social media campaigns, and consulting.
