The bidding window for the Tolins Tyres IPO was open from September 9 to September 11.
Tolins Tyres IPO saw a strong demand during the bidding period, backed by Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs). On the last day of bidding, Tolins Tyres Energy IPO was booked nearly 24 times with bids for nearly 17.89 crore shares compared to 74.88 lakh shares offered for subscription.
The mainboard IPO was booked 21.53 times in the retail category while the NIIs booked their quota 27.41 times. The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) booked their portion 25.42 times.
The investors, who participated in the IPO subscription, are waiting for the company to finalise the share allotment status. The investors can check Tolins Tyres share allotment status on the websites of the NSE, BSE and the IPO registrar, Cameo Corporate Services.

Tolins Tyres IPO was a book-building issue worth ₹230 crore. The mainboard public offering consisted of a fresh issue of 88 lakh shares, amounting to ₹200 crore, along with an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 13 lakh shares worth ₹30 crore.
Tolins Tyres IPO price band was fixed at ₹215 to ₹226 per share. Retail investors had to invest a minimum amount of ₹14,916 to apply for a minimum single lot size of 66 shares.
Tolins Tyres shares are scheduled to be listed on the NSE and BSE on September 16.
Tolins Tyres Limited will use the fresh proceeds from the IPO to fully repay or prepay certain outstanding loans, address long-term working capital needs, and invest in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tolin Rubbers Private Limited. A portion of the funds will also be used for general corporate purposes.
Tolins Tyres is a tyre manufacturing company that also offers tyre retreading solutions. It exports products to over 40 countries. The company, incorporated in 2003, operates in two verticals: manufacturing and tread rubber manufacturing.
The company’s product portfolio includes light commercial, off-road, two-wheeler, and three-wheeler tyres and retreading materials like pre-cured tread rubber and bonding gum.
