Tenneco Clean Air IPO: The initial public offering of automotive clear air solutions provider Tenneco Clean Air India Ltd has been subscribed 16.87 times so far on the final day of bidding on Friday, November 14.

The IPO secured bids for 1,12,49,40,193 shares against 6,66,66,666 equity shares on offer, according to the NSE data until 2:05 pm.

The non-institutional investors' portion was subscribed 32.11 times, while the qualified institutional buyers' (QIBs) quota was booked 28.46 times. The category for retail individual investors (RIIs) received 3.72 times subscription.

The ₹3,600 crore initial share sale is an offer-for-sale by promoter Tenneco Mauritius Holdings Limited. There is no fresh issue component.

Since the issue is exclusively an OFS, the firm will not get any proceeds from the IPO. The money raised will go directly to the selling shareholder.

Tenneco Clean Air India is engaged in the manufacturing and supplying of critical, highly engineered, technology-intensive clean air, powertrain, and suspension solutions for Indian original equipment manufacturers and export markets.

The basis of allotment of the Tenneco Clean Air IPO is expected to be finalised on Monday, November 17. The listing on the stock exchanges will take place on November 19.
