Tenneco Clean Air IPO Listing Date: Shares of advanced emission control system solutions provider Tenneco Clean Air India are all set to get listed on the stock exchanges on Wednesday, November 19. The ₹3,600 crore issue was subscribed nearly 59 times. The Tenneco Clean Air IPO allotment status was finalised on Monday, November 17.

Tenneco Clean Air IPO: Subscription details

The initial share sale got subscribed 58.83 times, as investors submitted bids for 3,92,21,37,751 shares compared to 6,66,66,666 shares on offer, according to the data on stock exchanges.

Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) subscribed the most, as their portion was booked 166.42 times. They applied for 3,16,98,44,427 shares as against 1,90,47,617 shares on offer.

The non-institutional investors (NIIs) category was booked 40.74 times, as they applied for 58,20,17,659 shares against 1,42,85,715 shares reserved.

Retail individual investors (RIIs) submitted applications for 17,02,75,665 shares compared to 3,33,33,334 shares on offer. This reflects a subscription of 5.11 times.

Tenneco Clean Air IPO GMP

According to media reports and investorgain.com, unlisted shares of Tenneco Clean Air India Limited are trading at ₹512, reflecting a grey market premium (GMP) of 28.97% over the upper price band of ₹397.

Tenneco Clean Air IPO: Objectives

The initial share sale sought to raise ₹3,600 crore via an offer for sale of 9.07 crore equity shares by promoter Tenneco Mauritius Holdings Ltd.

Since it was solely an OFS, the company will not get any issue proceeds. The money raised will go to the selling shareholder.

"Our company expects that listing of the equity shares will enhance our visibility and brand image and provide liquidity and a public market for the equity shares in India," the company said in its red herring prospectus (RHP).

Tenneco Clean Air IPO: Share credit, refund and listing date

For investors who secured the Tenneco Clean Air IPO allotment, the equity shares will be credited to their Demat account on Tuesday, November 18. Refunds for unsuccessful investors will also be processed on the same day.

The Tenneco Clean Air IPO share listing on the NSE and the BSE will take place on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 10 am.
