The IPO price band was set between ₹420 to ₹441 per share.
Receiving bids for 1,70,08,534 equity shares against 1,34,32,533 equity shares on offer, the ₹846 crore issue was overall subscribed 1.27 times.
Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) part received 1.74 times the subscription, while the non-institutional investors' category attracted 1.40 times the subscription. The retail individual investors (RIIs) quota was booked at 94%.
The Kolkata-headquartered company's IPO was an offer for sale of 19,189,330 equity shares by promoters and investor shareholders.
The price range was fixed at ₹420-₹441 apiece.
