The initial public offering of Sri Lotus Developers continues to see strong investor response on the last day. The public issue of the residential and commercial project developer was booked 15.26 times so far on Friday, August 1.

Till 11:50 am, the ₹792 crore IPO has received bids for over 60,525,960,000 shares against 39,658,73 shares.

The category for Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) fetched 12.87 times subscription, while the quota for non-institutional investors received 26.61 times subscription. The portion for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) witnessed 8.75 times of booking.

Sri Lotus Developers IPO, a book-built offer worth ₹792 crore, is a completely fresh issue of over 5.28 crore shares, amounting to ₹792 crore. Sri Lotus Developers IPO issue price was fixed at ₹140 to ₹150 per share. The minimum lot size for the issue is 100 shares, aggregating to an investment of ₹15,000 per lot.

Once the allotment of shares is completed, refunds will be initiated for unsuccessful bidders on Tuesday, August 5, and successful bidders will also receive shares in their demat accounts the same day. Shares of Sri Lotus Developers will be listed on the NSE and BSE. The IPO listing has been scheduled for Wednesday, August 6.

Funding of capital expenditure: The company will use ₹550 crore to invest in subsidiaries for part-funding the construction of ongoing real estate projects.

General corporate purposes: The company will use some amount not exceeding 25% of the gross proceeds towards general corporate purposes.

Incorporated in 2015, Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Limited is a developer of residential and commercial premises in Mumbai, Maharashtra, with a strategic focus on redevelopment projects in the ultra-luxury and luxury segments within the western suburbs. As of June 30, 2025, the company has completed a developable area of 0.93 Mn sq ft consisting of both residential and commercial properties.
