NSDL IPO: The initial public offering of NSDL (National Securities Depository Ltd) has been subscribed 16.12 times so far on the final day of bidding on Friday, August 1.

The ₹4,011.60 crore IPO has received bids for 56,63,56,806 shares against 3,51,27,002 shares on offer, according to NSE data until 2:35 am.

The initial share sale is only an offer for sale of 5.01 crore shares by NSE, SBI, IDBI Bank, Union Bank of India, HDFC Bank, and Administrator of Specified Undertaking of the Unit Trust of India (SUUTI). The price range was set at ₹760 to ₹800 per share.

NSDL, a Securities and Exchange Board of India-registered market infrastructure institution, provides various products and services to India's financial and securities markets.
