₹792 crore IPO of Sri Lotus Developers received bids for over 9.1 crore shares against 3.96 crore shares. On the first day of bidding, the retail portion of the IPO was booked 1.88 times as of 2:15 pm, with applications for over 3.7 crore shares against 1.9 crore shares set aside for the category.

The NIIs also showed the highest interest in IPO, as their quote was booked 1.76 times. The NIIs applied for 1.48 crore shares against 84.6 lakh shares reserved for them. The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) applied for 3.89 crore shares against 1.1 crore shares set aside for them. The QIBs’ quota was booked 3.4 times.

Sri Lotus Developers IPO, a book-built offer worth ₹792 crore, is a completely fresh issue of over 5.28 crore shares, amounting to ₹792 crore. Sri Lotus Developers IPO issue price was fixed at ₹140 to ₹150 per share. The minimum lot size for the issue is 100 shares, aggregating to an investment of ₹15,000 per lot.

Sri Lotus Developers' IPO opened for subscription on Wednesday, July 30. The share allotment status will likely be finalised by Monday, August 4.

Once the allotment of shares is completed, refunds will be initiated for unsuccessful bidders on Tuesday, August 5, and successful bidders will also receive shares in their demat accounts the same day. Shares of Sri Lotus Developers will be listed on the NSE and BSE. The IPO listing has been scheduled for Wednesday, August 6.
