Sri Lotus Developers IPO allotment: The basis of allotment of Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Ltd, which is backed by renowned investor Ashish Kacholia, was finalised on Monday, August 4, 2025.

According to NSE data, the initial public offer attracted bids for 2,74,18,69,400 shares compared to 3,96,58,730 shares on offer, leading to a 69.14 times subscription.

The ₹792 crore initial public offering was exclusively a fresh issuance of 5.28 crore equity shares with no offer for sale (OFS) component. It had fixed a price band of ₹140 to ₹150 per share.

The capital raised will be utilised for investment in its subsidiaries, Tryksha Real Estate Pvt Ltd, Dhyan Projects Pvt Ltd, and Richfeel Real Estate Pvt Ltd, to partially fund the construction and development costs of its ongoing projects, Varun, The Arcadian, and Amalfi, respectively. A part will also be used to serve corporate general purposes.

The Anand Kamalnayan Pandit-promoted real estate company makes commercial and residential premises in Mumbai, Maharashtra, with a focus on redevelopment projects in the ultra-luxury and luxury segments in the western suburbs.
