Solarworld Energy IPO allotment status is all set to be finalised on Friday, September 26, 2025, and the details will be out on the websites of the registrar MUFG Intime India, the NSE and the BSE.

The initial public offering of the solar EPC solutions provider received bids for 52,60,95,906 shares compared to 80,93,092 shares on offer, translating to 65.01 times subscription, as per data on the stock exchanges.

The ₹490 crore IPO, with a price range of ₹333-₹351 per share, was a fresh issue of ₹440 crore as well as an offer for sale of ₹50 crore by promoter selling shareholder Pioneer Facor IT Infradevelopers.

The capital generated will be allocated for investment in the company's unit Kartik Solarworld for part-funding the establishment of a 1.2 gigawatt (GW) Solar PV TopCon manufacturing facility and corporate general purposes.
