Shringar House of Mangalsutra share price: Shares of Shringar House of Mangalsutra Ltd listed at ₹188.50 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Wednesday, September 17, 2025. This shows a premium of 14.24% over the issue price of ₹165 per share.

On the BSE, the stock debuted at ₹187.79, up 13.76% from the issue price.

A lot consisted of 90 shares. Investors who secured the Shringar House of Mangalsutra IPO allotment made ₹16,965 per lot.

The public offer was entirely a fresh issue of 2.43 crore equity shares, worth ₹400.95 crore, with no Offer For Sale (OFS) component. The price band was set at ₹155 to ₹165 per share.

The initial share sale received a 60.29 times subscription, with bids for 1,02,59,15,670 shares compared to 1,70,16,000 shares on offer, according to consolidated data on the BSE website.

The category for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) got subscribed a whopping 101.41 times. Non-institutional investors' part secured 82.58 times subscription, while the portion for retail individual investors (RIIs) secured 27.22 times subscription.

Before the IPO, the company had raised ₹120.18 crore from anchor investors, including Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance Company, Maybank Securities Pte Ltd - ODI, Societe Generale - ODI, AIDOS India Fund Limited, Nav Capital VCC and Founders Collective Fund.

Proceeds from the fresh issue will be used for supporting working capital needs of the company and corporate general purposes.

Incorporated in 2009, Shringar House of Mangalsutra is engaged in making and marketing a diverse range of Mangalsutras adorned with various stones like American diamonds, pearls, mother-of-pearl, cubic zirconia, and semi-precious stones, crafted in 18k and 22k gold.

The company serves its business-to-business (B2B) clients and holds about 6% of the organised Mangalsutra market in India as of 2023, according to CareEdge report.
