Shreni Shares IPO: Stockbroker Shreni Shares Ltd has filed preliminary papers with markets regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to raise funds via initial public offering (IPO).

The proposed initial share sale will be a mix of fresh issuance of 69 lakh shares and an offer for sale (OFS) of 82 lakh shares by promoters Hitesh Natvarlal Punjani, Nirmal Himmatlal Shah, Nidhi Bhavesh Shah and Sapna Bhavesh Shah, according to the draft red herring prospectus (DRHP).

The net proceeds from the fresh issue will be used to meet working capital requirements, repayment of certain outstanding borrowings and general corporate purposes.

"Our company intends to strengthen its capital base and expects to receive the benefits of listing of the equity shares on the stock exchanges, including among other things, enhancing the visibility of our brand and our company among our existing and potential customers," the firm said in its red herring prospectus (RHP).

The company will reserve 50% of the issue for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs), 35% for retail investors and 15% for non-institutional investors.

Aryaman Financial Services is the issue's bookrunning lead manager, while Bigshare Services is the registrar.

Shreni Shares is a SEBI-registered stockbroking company involved in share broking and market-making services.

It is among leading players among the top 10 market makers in the SME exchange ecosystem in India and has handled 37 mandates between FY23 and FY25. It provides broking services and margin trading facilities to more than 2,620 clients.

As of December 2025, the company offers our broking services through a network of eight branches spread across seven cities, a network of six authorised persons (i.e., agents appointed by the company after approval from the relevant stock exchange) and online and digital platforms.

As of December 31, 2025, it is doing active market-making of 41 firms listed on SME platforms.
