The initial public offering, with a price band of ₹1,287 to ₹1,352 per share, sought to raise ₹1,087.45 crore via solely an offer for sale (OFS) of 80.43 lakh equity shares.

Those divesting their stake under the OFS route include promoters Manish Sharma and Ashwini Amit Dixit and investors selling shareholders like 360 One Group, A91 Emerging Fund II LLP, Xponentia Capital Partners, Mace Pvt Ltd, NRJN Family Trust and HDFC Life Insurance Company.

Since it is exclusively an OFS, the firm will not receive any proceeds from the issue.

Sedemac Mechatronics provides control-intensive, critical-to-the-application electronic control unit solutions to leading original equipment manufacturers in the mobility and industrial markets in India, the USA, and Europe.
