Scoda Tubes IPO subscribed over 36 times so far on day 3; here's how to check allotment status online

Scoda Tubes IPO: Stainless-steel tubes and pipes manufacturer Scoda Tubes' initial public offer attracted 36.37 times subscription so far on the final day of bidding on Friday, May 30.

Investors applied for 43,08,19,500 shares compared to 1,18,46,169 shares on offer, as per the data on stock exchanges at 3:03 pm.

The part set aside for non-institutional investors fetched 90.83 times subscription, while the retail individual investors (RIIs) portion received 15.69 times subscription. The category for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) got subscribed 31.70 times.

Scoda Tubes IPO is solely a fresh issuance of equity shares worth ₹220 crore. There is no offer for sale (OFS) component.

Funds to the tune of ₹76.7 crore will be used for capital expenditure towards expanding production capacity, ₹110 crore for part incremental working capital needs and a portion for corporate general purposes.

Scoda Tubes IPO allotment status will be finalised on Monday, June 2. The finalisation details will be available on the websites of registrar MUFG Intime India, the NSE and the BSE.
