Upcoming IPOs in June 2025: The initial public offer (IPO) action is likely to continue in June 2025 after six mainboard issues were launched in May.
It is worth noting that these companies have not yet announced their IPO dates, and there is a possibility that they may be launched later.
National Securities Depository Ltd's (NSDL's) proposed public offer will be solely an offer for sale (OFS) of more than 5.72 crore shares by existing investors, including State Bank of India (SBI), HDFC Bank and the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE).
Since the issue is completely an OFS, the company will not get any proceeds from the IPO.
Capital markets regulator SEBI had given its nod to NSDL IPO in September 2024. In April, the regulator had granted it an extension until July 31, 2025, to list on the bourses.
In Q4 FY24, NSDL posted a 4.77% rise in consolidated profit after tax to ₹83.3 crore compared to ₹70.5 crore a year back.
Its total income advanced 9.94% to ₹394 crore in the reporting quarter from ₹358 crore in the March quarter of FY24.
Renowned investor Ashish Kacholia-backed Sri Lotus Developers & Realty is looking to raise up to ₹792 crore via an initial public offering. The issue is a fresh issuance of shares with no OFS component.
The raised funds are intended to be utilised for investment in its units Richfeel Real Estate, Dhyan Projects, and Tryksha Real Estate Pvt Ltd, for part-funding construction costs of its projects, Amalfi, The Arcadian, and Varun. Besides, a part will be used for corporate general purposes.
Indogulf Cropsciences, which specialises in crop protection, seeks to raise ₹200 crore via fresh issuance of shares. There will also be an OFS component of 3,854,840 shares.
The proceeds will be allocated for working capital requirements, debt repayment, capital expenditure towards an in-house dry flowable plant in Haryana and general corporate purposes.
The public offer of Travel Food Services, which runs quick-service restaurants and lounge businesses across airports in India and Malaysia, is an OFS worth ₹2,000 crore by the promoter Kapur Family Trust.
The company will not receive any proceeds from the issue, as there is no fresh issuance component.
NBFC player Laxmi India Finance's planned IPO is a combination of a fresh issue of 1.04 crore equity shares and an OFS component of 56.38 lakh shares by promoters.
The money generated will be used to bolster its capital base to meet future capital requirements for onwards lending and the rest for general corporate purposes.
