The ₹21.78-crore initial public offering (IPO) comprised 18 lakh shares of a face value of ₹10 each. The IPO price was fixed at ₹121 per share.

Investors who have bid for the IPO are now awaiting the allotment of shares. Once the IPO allotment gets over, the public issue will be listed on the BSE SME platform. Investors can check the allotment status through the BSE website or IPO registrar Bigshare Services Pvt Ltd's portal.

Here's how to check the Sattrix Information Security IPO allotment through the BSE website:

  • Go to the IPO allotment status check page on the official BSE website - bseindia.com/investors/appli_check.aspx
  • Select issue type 'Equity'.
  • Select issue name as Sattrix from the list of IPOs.
  • Enter application number/PAN to proceed further.
  • Click the 'Submit' button.
  • IPO allotment status appears on the screen.

  • Go to Bigshare Services Pvt Ltd official website – https://www.bigshareonline.com
  • Select a server from many options available.
  • Click 'IPO allotment status'
  • Click issue name 'Sattrix' from the dropdown menu
  • Enter 'Application number/PAN
  • Verify by entering 'captcha'
  • Click 'Search' button
  • IPO allotment status is shown on the screen

Investors must note that the allotment status can be checked only after the company finalises the basis of allotment of shares.

The company will start refunds on June 11 to investors who have not been allotted shares and also credit shares to the Demat accounts of successful bidders on the same day. The public issue is expected to be listed on the BSE SME platform on June 12.

Sattrix Information Security IPO details

The fixed price issue was subscribed over 70 times on the final day of bidding. The public offer received bids for 12 crore shares as against 17.08 lakh shares offered to the public for subscription, as per official data from BSE. Retail investors booked their reserved portion nearly 38 times, with bids coming in for 3.22 crore shares against 8.54 lakh shares on offer. In other categories, the IPO was bought 88 times, with bids being submitted for 7.5 crore against 8.54 lakh.

Sattrix Information Security will use the IPO proceeds to meet expenses towards capital requirements. The money will be spent on buying furniture and equipment also. The company will also spend on installation of IT equipment like server, SAN storage and other computer hardware and equipment. Proceeds will also be used for the development of new products and technology.
