Saatvik Green Energy IPO allotment: Solar panel maker Saatvik Green Energy's basis of allotment will be finalised on Wednesday, September 24. The bid finalisation details will be available on the portals of registrar KFin Technologies, NSE and BSE.

The issue attracted 6.57 times the subscription, as it secured bids for 9,38,08,672 shares in three days compared to 1,42,71,970 shares on offer, as per the NSE data.

The component meant for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) got subscribed 10.84 times and the category for non-institutional investors (NIIs) received 10.04 times subscription. The retail investors' part was booked 2.66 times.

The ₹900 crore initial public offering consisted of a fresh issuance of shares worth ₹700 crore and an offer for sale of ₹200 crore by promoters Parmod Kumar and Sunila Garg.

Of the fresh issue proceeds, ₹477.23 crore will be allocated to Saatvik Solar Industries Pvt Ltd for setting up a 4 GW solar PV module manufacturing plant, and ₹166.44 crore will be infused into the subsidiary for debt clearance of its outstanding borrowings.

Furthermore, the firm will use ₹10.82 crore to repay borrowings at the parent level, while the remainder of funds will be set aside for corporate general purposes.
