Online furniture and appliance rental platform Rentomojo's ₹1,255.57 crore initial share sale has been 3.79 times so far on Thursday, September 10, the second day of bidding.

The quota for retail individual investors, or RIIs, received 3.58 times subscription, while the portion for non-institutional investors (NIIs) got subscribed 8.77 times. The part set aside for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) was booked 43%.

Rentomojo IPO: 10 key things retail investors should know from RHP

  1. Rentomojo IPO subscription period: The initial share sale is open from Wednesday, September 9, to Friday, September 11.
  2. IPO offer structure: The ₹1,255.57 crore book-build issue consists of a fresh issuance of ₹150 crore and an offer for sale of ₹1,105.57 crore.
  3. Rentomojo IPO price band: The price range has been fixed at ₹384 to ₹404 per share.
  4. Rentomojo IPO anchor investors: Before the IPO, the company raised ₹376 crore from anchor investors, including Goldman Sachs Funds, BlackRock Global Funds, HDFC Mutual Fund (MF), ICICI Prudential MF, Mirae Asset MF, Motilal Oswal MF and HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company.
  5. Rentomojo IPO lot size: Retail investors can apply for at least 37 shares and multiples thereof.
  6. Reservation: The company has reserved half of the net offer for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs), 15% for non-institutional investors (NIIs) and 35% for retail individual investors (RIIs).
  7. Objectives: Under the OFS, those selling their stake include Accel India IV (Mauritius) Ltd, IDG Ventures India Fund III LLC, ValueQuest S.C.A.L.E. Fund, Edelweiss Discovery Fund - Series I, Madison India Opportunities V VCC, TM Naigama Investment Manager LLP, GMO Payment Gateway Inc, Geetansh Bamania, Chiratae Trust, GMO GFF Ltd Partnership and Renaud Laplanche.
  8. Book-running lead manager and registrar: IIFL Capital Services, Axis Bank and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors are the book-running lead managers to the issue, while KFin Technologies Ltd serves as the registrar.
  9. Rentomojo IPO allotment date: The basis of allotment is likely to be finalised on September 15.
  10. Listing date: The listing on the NSE and the BSE will take place on September 17.
