The initial public offering was subscribed 102.42 times during the three-day subscription period, according to Chittorgarh.

The ₹214.48 crore initial share sale was exclusively a fresh issuance of 62.53 lakh equity shares, with no offer for sale (OFS) component.

The money raised will be used for working capital requirements, repaying borrowings and general corporate purposes.

With a price band of ₹326 to ₹343 per share, a lot consisted of 400 shares. The least investment for an individual investor was two lots or 800 shares.

Q-Line Biotech Ltd develops, makes and markets reagents (including kits and POC devices) and consumables and manufacturing, distributing/supplying diagnostic equipment for diagnostic healthcare needs.

Its key manufacturing segments include indigenous manufacturing of reagents, including haematology, clinical chemistry, immunodiagnostics, molecular diagnostics and others (POC devices & rapid tests), and supplying/ manufacturing of in vitro diagnostics (IVD), pathology equipment & devices.
