The basis of allotment for Priority Jewels Ltd is expected to be finalised on Wednesday, September 2. Investors who have applied for the IPO can check bid finalisation details on the websites of registrar, MUFG Intime India, the NSE and the BSE.

The initial share sale was subscribed 100.45 times. It attracted bids for 32,16,91,275 shares versus 32,02,500 shares on offer, according to the BSE data.

The ₹91.50 crore initial public offering was solely a fresh issuance of 45.75 lakh shares, with no offer for sale component.

The funds generated will be utilised for debt clearance and corporate general purposes.

"Our company expects that the listing of the equity shares will enhance our visibility and our brand image among our existing and potential customers and creation of a public market for our equity shares," the company said in its red herring prospectus (RHP).

With a price band of ₹190 to ₹200 per share, a lot consisted of 75 shares.

Priority Jewels, incorporated in 2007, designs, makes, and sells diamond-studded platinum and gold fine jewellery. It offers various daily wear jewellery products such as earrings, pendants, rings, neckwear, bracelets, and occasion couture jewellery.

Its products are sold to independent jewellers and jewellery chains like Kalyan Jewellers, CaratLane, Reliance Retail, Thribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri, Malabar Gold & Diamonds, and Senco Gold.
