Premier Energies IPO share allotment status is expected to be finalised on Friday, August 30. The investors who participated in the bidding process of the mainboard issue are awaiting the company to finalise the share allocation after the subscription closed on August 29.

Premier Energies IPO was booked 74.38 times on the final day of bidding across categories. Investors submitted bids for more than 332.02 crore shares against 4.46 crore shares on offer.

Premier Energies IPO was booked 7.69 times in the retail category and 50.04 times in the Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) category. The issue was booked 216.67 times in the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) category.

Subsequent to finalising the share allotment status of Premier Energies IPO, refunds will be initiated for unsuccessful bidders on Monday, September 2. Successful bidders will also receive shares of Premier Energies in their Demat accounts on September 2. The Premier Energies IPO listing date has been tentatively fixed as September 3.

Premier Energies IPO details

Premier Energies aimed to raise ₹2,830.4 crore via its public issue. The public offer consisted of a fresh issue of 2.87 crore shares aggregating to ₹1,291.4 crore, along with an offer for sale of 3.42 crore shares aggregating to ₹1,539 crore.

Premier Energies IPO price band was set at ₹427 to ₹450 per share. The minimum lot size for application for retail investors was 33 shares, aggregating to an investment of ₹14,850.

Premier Energies IPO: Objective

Premier Energies plans to invest the issue proceeds in its subsidiary, Premier Energies Global Environment Private Limited. The money will also partially finance the establishment of a 4 GW Solar PV TOPCon Cell and 4 GW Solar PV TOPCon Module manufacturing facility in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and for other general corporate purposes.
