PDP Shipping IPO allotment: Logistics services provider PDP Shipping & Projects Ltd is likely to finalise the share allotment status on Thursday, March 13, following the successful close of its initial public offering.
The ₹12.65-crore IPO was open for subscription from March 10 to March 12.
The BSE SME issue was overall booked 1.06 times on the final day with bids for 9.47 lakh shares against 8.9 lakh shares on offer.
At the end of bidding at 5 pm on Day 3, the retail investors booked their quota 1.87 times with bids for 8.36 lakh shares against 4.45 lakh shares on offer. The Non-Institutional Investors booked only 24% of their quota by applying for 1.11 lakh shares against 4.45 lakh shares set aside for them.
Investors can track the IPO share allotment status on the BSE and the website of IPO registrar Kfin Technologies Ltd.
PDP Shipping is engaged in the logistics and transport sector. The company offers end-to-end solutions as a Multi-Modal Transport Operator for sea and air freight transportation, value-added services and custom clearance services.
The company is a licensed MTO and a Customs Broker recognised by the Directorate General of Shipping, Government of India.
PDP Shipping handles cargo transport worldwide via air, sea, road, rail, coastal barges, or through multi-modal transportation.
According to PDP Shipping RHP, the company has proposed to use ₹10 crore of IPO funds for meeting long-term working capital requirements while ₹79 lakh for other corporate purposes.
PDP Shipping reported a profit after tax of ₹1.57 crore for the April-November period of FY 2024-25. Its revenue from operations stood at ₹13.75 crore in the April-November period.
The logistics company had reported a PAT of ₹2.31 crore for the 2023-24 financial year compared to ₹1.68 crore in FY 2022-23. Its revenue from operations was ₹20.51 crore in FY 2023-24 compared to ₹22.48 crore in the previous financial year.
