NSE IPO: The initial public offering of National Stock Exchange of India Limited will open for subscription on Thursday, September 17. The issue will end on September 21. The bidding for anchor investors will take place on September 16.

  1. NSE IPO subscription period: The issue will open for subscription on September 17 and conclude on September 21.
  2. IPO offer structure: The initial share sale is seeking to raise ₹22,561.57 crore via an offer for sale of 12.64 crore shares. Those offloading their stake through the OFS route include State Bank of India, Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, MS Strategic (Mauritius), Aranda Investments (Mauritius), New India Assurance Company, SBI Capital Markets, Stock Holding Corporation of India, Bank of Baroda, United India Insurance Company and General Insurance Corporation of India.
  3. NSE IPO price band: The company has set a price band of ₹1,700 to ₹1,785 per share.
  4. Lot size: A lot consists of eight shares and in multiples thereof.
  5. Reservation: The company has reserved 50% of the net offer for QIBs, 15% for NIIs and 35% for retail investors.
  6. Peers: The primary domestic peer of the National Stock Exchange of India is BSE. Globally, its peers include Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Shanghai Stock Exchange, the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), Korea Exchange, Nasdaq and Japan Stock Exchange, among others.
  7. Financials: The stock exchange posted a profit after tax of ₹3,120.08 crore in the June quarter of FY27, compared to ₹2,923.85 crore a year back. Its total income stood at ₹5,252.17 crore as against ₹4,798.45 crore in Q1 FY27. In FY26, the firm reported a net profit and total income of ₹10,302.06 crore and ₹18,713.37 crore, respectively.
  8. Book-running lead managers and registrar: Kotak Mahindra Capital, HSBC Securities and Capital Markets, Morgan Stanley India, SBI Capital Markets, DAM Capital Advisors, HDFC Bank, IDBI Capital Markets & Securities, Avendus Capital, Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors, JM Financial, Citigroup Global Markets India, JP Morgan India, Pantomath Capital Advisors, Anand Rathi Advisors, Equirus Capital, ICICI Securities, IIFL Capital Services, Nuvama Wealth Management, Axis Capital and 360 ONE WAM are the issue's book-running lead managers. MUFG Intime serves as the registrar.
  9. NSE IPO allotment date: The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on September 22.
  10. Listing date: The listing on BSE will occur on September 24.
