IPO listings this week: In addition to three mainboard IPOs, 11 SME public offers will start trading on the BSE and NSE SME platforms this week. Last week, as many as 12 IPOs made their market debuts.
As many as five IPOs will start trading on the SME platforms on September 24.
IPO listings this week: Leading bourses NSE and BSE will witness hectic listing activity this week as 14 IPOs make their debuts on the stock exchanges. As many as three mainboard public offers, including Northern Arc Capital, will be listed on BSE and NSE.
On the other hand, 11 SME IPOs will also start trading on the BSE and NSE's SME platforms between September 23 and September 27.
Last week, as many as 12 IPOs made the market debut. Bajaj Housing Finance saw a bumper listing as well as first-day gains. PN Gadgil, Tolins Tyres and Kross Ltd were the other mainboard IPOs that were listed on the bourses. In addition, eight SME IPOs also started trading.
Three mainboard IPOs will be listed on the stock exchanges this week.
The company raised ₹777 crore from public investors through its IPO, driven by strong responses from institutional investors. The issue, which comprised a fresh offer of 1.9 crore shares and an offer for sale (OFS) of 1.05 crore shares, was booked 110.91 times.
Founded in 2009, Northern Arc Capital offers financing for MSMEs, microfinance, vehicle finance, affordable housing finance, consumer finance, and agricultural finance.
The realty company’s ₹410-crore IPO was open for subscription from September 16 to 19. It was booked 106.4 times, and the price was fixed at ₹128 per share.
Arkade Developers also finalised the share allotment on September 20 and is expected to initiate refunds and credit of shares to the Demat accounts on September 23.
Kolkata-based Western Carriers provides logistics services to customers in various sectors, such as FMCG, building materials, metals and mining, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, oil and gas and utilities.
In addition to three mainboard IPOs, as many as 11 SME public offers are lined up for listing this week. Of these, one IPO – Popular Foundations Ltd – will list its shares on the BSE SME platform while the rest will make their debut on the NSE SME platform, Emerge.
As many as five IPOs will start trading on the SME platforms on September 24, making it one of the busiest days of the week in terms of listing. Popular Foundations Ltd shares will be listed on the BSE SME platform, while four others, Deccan Transcon Leasing Limited, Envirotech Systems, Pelatro Limited, and Osel Devices Limited, will start trading on the NSE SME platform on September 24.
The ₹32.34 crore IPO of Paramount Speciality Forgings Ltd will be listed on the NSE SME platform on September 25.
Kalana Ispat Ltd will list its shares on the NSE SME platform on September 26 after successfully submitting its ₹32.59-crore public offer.
Friday will also witness a hectic listing activity as four IPOs will start trading on NSE SME platforms. The other SME public offers scheduled for listing are BikeWo GreenTech Limited (₹24.09 crore), SD Retail Limited (₹64.98 crore), Phoenix Overseas Limited (₹36.03 crore), and Avi Ansh Textile Limited (₹25.99 crore).
