The bidding for anchor investors will take place for a day on Tuesday, December 3.
The lot size for the BSE SME IPO is 800 shares, bringing the transaction size to ₹144,000. For high-net-worth individuals, the minimum investment is two lots worth ₹2,88,000.
The company has reserved half of the net issue for qualified institutional buyers, 35% for retail investors and 15% for non-institutional investors.
Beeline Capital Advisors is the book-running lead manager for the issue, Skyline Financial Services is the registrar, and Spread X Securities is the market maker for the IPO.
