Nephrocare Health IPO: Dialysis services provider Nephrocare Health Services, which operates under the brand NephroPlus, has set a price band of ₹438 to ₹460 per share for its initial public offering, which will open on December 10. The issue will conclude on December 12. The bidding for anchor investors will take place on December 9.

The Hyderabad-based company's initial share sale seeks to raise ₹871.05 crore by offering new equity shares worth ₹353.40 crore and an offer for sale of ₹517.64 crore.

Under the OFS, promoters-- Investcorp Private Equity Fund II, Investcorp Growth Opportunity Fund, Edoras Investment Holdings Pte Ltd and Healthcare Parent, -- along with other shareholders-- International Finance Corporation, Investcorp India Private Equity Opportunity and 360 One Special Opportunities Funds-- will divest their shares.

Of the fresh issue, the company intends to use ₹129.1 crore for the opening of new dialysis clinics in India, ₹136 crore for debt repayment, and the balance for corporate general purposes.

Nephrocare Health IPO: Lot size

Retail investors can apply for a minimum of one lot, consisting of 32 shares and in multiples thereof.

The company's shares will be listed on the stock exchanges on December 17.

Nephrocare Health Services, incorporated in 2009, had a global network of 519 clinics, including 51 clinics across Uzbekistan, the Philippines and Nepal, as of September 2025.

NephroPlus is India's most widely distributed dialysis network, with an extensive pan-India network of clinics across 288 cities. Of these, 77% of its clinics are situated in tier II and tier III cities and towns.

In the financial year 2023-24, it expanded into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) market by forging a joint venture (JV) with Arabian International Healthcare Holding Company, an Al Faisaliah Group company.

Additionally, its 165-bed dialysis clinic in Uzbekistan's Tashkent is the largest dialysis clinic globally.

Financially, the company recorded revenue from operations of ₹756 crore and profit after tax of ₹67 crore in FY25.

ICICI Securities, Ambit, Nomura Financial Advisory and Securities (India) Private Ltd, and IIFL Capital Services are the book-running lead managers for this issue. KFin Technologies Ltd serves as the registrar.
