MV Electrosystems IPO objectives

The initial share sale was solely a fresh issuance of equity shares aggregating to ₹290 crore.

The net proceeds will be used for the following objectives:

  • Funding long-term working capital requirements
  • Investment in research design and development activities for new power electronic equipment
  • General corporate purposes

"Our company expects to receive the benefits of listing of equity shares on the stock exchanges including enhancing our company’s visibility and brand image among our existing and potential customers and creating a public market for our company’s equity shares in India," according to the red herring prospectus (RHP).

MV Electrosystems IPO: Share credit, refund and listing date

Investors who have received the MV Electrosystems IPO allotment can expect shares to be credited to their Demat account on Wednesday, August 5. For non-allottees, refunds will be initiated on the same day.

Shares of MV Electrosystems will hit the stock exchanges – the BSE and the NSE – on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 10 am.
