SUMMARY

The ₹1,091.68 crore Moneyview IPO consists of new equity shares worth ₹750 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) component of ₹341.68 crore by promoter Puneet Agarwal and investors Accel India IV (Mauritius) Ltd, Accel Growth IV Holdings (Mauritius) Ltd, DI Investment LLC and NLI Strategic Venture Investment Ltd.

Digital lending platform Moneyview Ltd's initial public offering opened for subscription on Thursday, September 24. The issue will end on September 28. The price range has been fixed at ₹32 to ₹34 per share.

The ₹1,091.68 crore initial share sale consists of new equity shares worth ₹750 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) component of ₹341.68 crore by promoter Puneet Agarwal and investors Accel India IV (Mauritius) Ltd, Accel Growth IV Holdings (Mauritius) Ltd, DI Investment LLC and NLI Strategic Venture Investment Ltd.

Of the fresh issue proceeds, ₹325 crore will be utilised to support the firm's lending operations, while ₹250 crore will be used to augment the capital base of its NBFC subsidiary. The remaining funds are for general corporate purposes.

Moneyview IPO Day 1: Subscription status

The subscription details for the first day of the issue will be available post 10 am.

Before the IPO, the company raised ₹327.5 crore from anchor investors, including SBI Mutual Fund, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, Goldman Sachs, HDFC Mutual Fund, Mirae Asset, Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund, India Acorn Fund, Quant Mutual Fund, Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund, Amundi Funds and HDFC Life.

Moneyview IPO lot size

Investors can apply for a minimum of 441 shares and in multiples thereafter. Half of the net offer is reserved for qualified institutional buyers, 35% for retail investors and 15% for non-institutional investors.

On the financial front, it posted a profit after tax of ₹242 crore in FY26 and revenue from operations of ₹3,351 crore during the year. For the quarter ended June 2026, the company's net profit stood at ₹174 crore and revenue at ₹1,065 crore.

Moneyview runs a digital-only, credit-led fintech platform, providing financial products across borrowing, transactions, investments and protection. Its flagship digital personal loan unit, launched in 2017, is the key contributor to its operations.

Beyond personal loans, it also provides products and services, including earned wage access, loans against property, home loans, digital gold and UPI transactions.
