The initial public offering of tiles and bathware manufacturer Varmora Granito Limited will conclude on Thursday, September 24. The subscription details for Day 3 will be available post 10 am.

As of Day 2, the issue was subscribed 27%. The IPO received bids for 91,66,861 shares compared to 3,39,02,899 shares on offer, as per the data available with the NSE website.

The quota for retail investors was subscribed 40%, and the portion for non-institutional investors received 17% subscription. The category for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) got subscribed 11%.

The company's initial public offering comprises a fresh issue of shares aggregating up to ₹320 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 2.62 crore shares totalling ₹388.02 crore by investor Katsura Investments.

The Rajkot-based firm intends to use the IPO proceeds to repay its borrowings and dues of its subsidiaries – Varmora Sanitarywares, Simola Tiles and Covertek Ceramica. Additionally, funds will be utilised for general corporate purposes.
