The SME initial share sale was booked 350.49 times, with bids for 1,02,95,90,400 shares as against 29,37,600 shares on offer, according to the BSE data.

The portion reserved for non-institutional investors (NIIs) was booked 519.38 times, while individual investors subscribed to their part 342.46 times. The category for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) was booked 193.51 times.

The IPO sought to raise ₹36.89 crore by offering 40,99,200 new equity shares. There was no offer for sale (OFS) component.

The money generated will be utilised for funding capital expenditure for buying medical equipment for labs and diagnostic centres, loan repayment, working capital needs and corporate general purposes.

The price band was fixed at ₹85 to ₹90 per share and a lot consisted of 1,600 shares. The minimum investment for an individual investor was two lots or 3,200 shares.
